They teach us punctuality, patience, discipline, cooperation, teamwork, dedication and motivation. These habits are highly useful in life. In short, we can say that games educate and prepare us for life.

Disadvantages

Sometimes sports become the chief interest of students. Too much attention on games proves harmful to studies. Students should not spend all their time in games.
