Respected Sir/Madam,

Most humbly and respectfully, I am writing this letter to request you to provide more books in our college library. Right now, there are only a few books in the library. Many essential books are either unavailable or in short supply. This makes it hard for students to find the information they need. Most of the books are outdated. The students are not able to find books on the latest topics.

We really need more books on different subjects like science, math, computers, history, economics etc. Due to their high cost, some students cannot afford to purchase these books. This will also help students in gaining broader knowledge across subjects and meeting their academic needs.

I would be thankful if you could provide more books to college library. This would mean a lot to us.
