Respected Sir/Madam,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to bring to your attention the alarming issue of polluted water supply in our locality.

Our area has been receiving dirty and contaminated water from the last two weeks. The polluted water is unfit for consumption. It is unacceptable that we are forced to drink water that may be contaminated with harmful substances. The water supplied is not tested properly. This poses a serious threat to our health and well-being.

I believe that the concerned authorities take immediate action to address this issue. There is a need to investigate the source of pollution and monitor water quality regularly.

I hope you publish views of mine so that the higher authorities take urgent steps to ensure supply of clean water in our area.
